Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Current Turnaround Time: Up to 2 months
I. General
• All commissions will be handled via email or any of my social medias.• Please write in a clear, polite manner regarding what you are requesting for your commission.• Please provide clear, unshaded reference images!
I Will Draw:
• Animals/furry characters (quadruped and anthro)
• Pokemon
• Humans
• NSFW
• Gore• NOTE: Animals and humans are my specialty! I am willing to attempt other topics, such as mecha, but please keep in mind that I am not experienced with drawing it.
I Will NOT Draw:
• Anything hateful, including racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, xenophobia, etc.
• Art portraying underage or purposely underage-appearing characters in sexual contexts.
• Bestiality.
• Some fetishes (discuss first).• NOTE: I reserve the right to deny any commission request for content with which I am uncomfortable, at my own discretion.
NSFW Info
• You MUST be over the age of 18 in order to commission NSFW art! By commissioning me for anything NSFW, you are agreeing that you are 18 years or older.• You can view my NSFW commission information HERE. (18+ ONLY)• Be aware that NSFW pricing is different from SFW pricing and will be based on the prices listed on my NSFW commission page.• SFW and NSFW variations of a commission can be made for an additional fee.• I reserve the right to decline any NSFW commission request for any reason.
II. Payment
• Payment is due before I will begin on your commission!• Payment will be made in USD and sent via Paypal only. I will send you the invoice via Paypal upon accepting your commission.• All commissions under $250 must be paid in full upfront before work is begun. Payment plans may be discussed with me for commissions over $250 in value, but 50% of the total must be paid upfront before I will begin your commission.• Complex character designs may have additional fees, which I will provide in your quote. Complex designs can include: wings, additional limbs, elaborate tattoos, multiple large accessories, etc.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
• I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time, for any reason.• Emergencies happen! Cancellations with reimbursement may be given if needed, and will be proportional to the work that has already been done.• If, for any reason, I become unable to complete your commission, I will refund your payment completely.• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and you will be forbidden from commissioning me again. I reserve the right to file a complaint to recover the payment.
III. Process & Turnaround
• The current turnaround time for your commission to be completed is listed at the top of this page. I am a full-time veterinary medicine student and my time to draw is often limited.• A sketch will be sent to you for approval before I begin lining or coloring. Any major changes you would like MUST be made at this point! This includes pose changes, major expression changes, or alterations to the character's body or clothing.• After the sketch is approved, no major revisions will be made. If you request additional major changes after approving the initial sketch, a price for the edits will be discussed.• Minor edits may be requested for free after lining and coloring! This includes color adjustments, small marking changes, etc.• If I have made any errors in the character design, colors, or accessories as portrayed on reference images which you had originally provided me, then I will correct them at no cost.• Please allow and expect some variation in the final product from the sketch.• If anything occurs which may delay my progress on your commission, you will be notified immediately.
Finished Product
• The finished artwork will be sent to you via email, google drive, or social media if requested. I will provide both a watermarked and an unwatermarked copy.• Save your commissioned artwork to your computer or on a photo-hosting website right away! I am not responsible for deleted or missing artwork from your galleries.• I may clean out my files occasionally, and cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide you with the original file after some time. I cannot refund or replace any artwork in this event.
IV. Copyright/Usage Policy
• I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing.• After completing a commission, I may use the copyrighted artwork to post online anywhere I choose, promote myself, and display anywhere of my choosing.• I reserve the right to post your finished commission online in my gallery. If the commission is intended as a gift or otherwise a surprise, then please let me know so that I can refrain from posting it online until the date we have agreed upon!• If you would like a private commission that you do not want me to post online, I will charge an additional fee of 50% of the original commission price.• Commercial Rights to the finished artwork may be purchased for 300% of the original price. After purchasing rights, you may use the artwork to make merchandise, change it to your liking, and use it to promote your own commercial brand. Credit to the artist is still required even if the artwork is altered.• My artwork may not be used for NFTs in any way, shape, or form.
The Commissioner is Allowed to:
• Use the copyrighted artwork for ONLY personal use unless agreed otherwise.• Print the art and claim the rights to the depicted character, but not the artwork itself.• Use the art to promote themself or their character, with proper credit given to the artist.• Use the unwatermarked art as a personal icon, banner, background, etc. so long as credit to the artist is given in the form of a link to my social media or website.• Repost the watermarked artwork to other websites with proper credit given to the artist in the form of a link to my social media or website.• Crop or resize the artwork, so long as credit to the artist is provided.
Copyright Infringement
• Reproducing or using the artwork commercially in any way that makes money unless you have purchased commercial rights.• Taking credit for creation of the artwork itself.• Removing my watermark or signature from the artwork.• Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
